You can hold one Space Slots account. Registration is allowed once per person, family, home address, email address and payment account, and none of these can be shared with an account that is already registered, including on a shared computer such as one in a library or workplace. We may also limit new accounts where computers or environments are shared. If you open an extra account, we can close it with any payments withheld or refused, or merge it with your main account. Once we identify your main account, any duplicate is closed and the bonuses, free bets and winnings on it are cancelled, and if its balance doesn't cover what is owed to us, we can recover the difference from your other account. Your account is yours alone, so nobody else can play on it or collect winnings for you.
From your account you can update your personal details, change your password, set your communication preferences, verify your account and look back over your betting history. If you suspect your account has been misused, tell us through Contact Us as soon as possible so we can suspend it. Online bets or requests are only cancelled once we've been told, and we can't be held responsible for a delay in suspending the account.
If we believe your account's security has been compromised, we may ask you to change your password or access details. We also run random security checks to keep your funds protected, which can mean asking you for more information. With your agreement to our terms and privacy policy, we may text you about offers, promotions and service updates on the number you gave us, and our support team can switch these messages off for you.

Bonus play and limitsEvery bonus comes with the rules below, so you know exactly how bonus money turns into cash.
Bonuses carry a 50x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, unless the promotion's own terms say otherwise. Bonuses given without a qualifying deposit carry 100x the bonus value unless stated otherwise, and we apply that rule at our discretion. To withdraw winnings linked to a bonus, you need to meet its wagering and any time limits that come with it. The exact requirements for your active and past bonuses are on the Bonuses page in your profile, and our support team can confirm them too.
Winnings from loyalty points and Lucky Wheel spins are capped at £200, anything above that isn't credited, and you can make no more than one withdrawal with no-deposit bonuses. A second rule limits withdrawals of winnings from free or no-deposit bonuses, and from free spins given without a qualifying deposit, to €100, with any remaining cash balance forfeited. The two caps are set in different currencies and may both apply to the same free reward.
While you're playing with bonus funds, our bonus terms cap each bet at £10 per spin, round or game, and our general terms set the cap at €10, or the equivalent in your currency, per round, spin or hand. Going over a bet limit, with bonus funds or with deposited money, counts as irregular play. For any session in which a limit was exceeded, we can void all bets, cancel the winnings built up and adjust your balance.
Our contribution table counts slots at 100%, apart from some excluded titles, along with bingo, scratch cards and keno. Live games and table and card games count at 10%, video poker at 2% and baccarat at 0%. We look at how bonuses are played to spot irregular patterns. Irregular play includes the patterns below, and the list isn't exhaustive.
If we find irregular play, we may withhold withdrawals and confiscate the winnings involved. If it continues, we can remove you from bonuses and suspend or block the account. You can withdraw once your bonus balance has moved fully into your cash balance by completing the wagering, or once the bonus has been spent completely. Until then, bonus funds and promotional credits can't be withdrawn.

Deposits
You can deposit with the payment methods we approve, from an account or payment instrument held legally in your own name. We may refuse a deposit from an unverified or suspicious source, and we may ask for extra documents to verify a transaction and keep fraud out.
A deposit is valid once we've confirmed the amount. If you pay by credit or debit card, your bets only stand once we've received the payment, and any bet placed before the payment is validated is cancelled. If you spot an error in a payment you've made to us or received from us, it's up to you to let us know.
Every transaction is encrypted and protected with advanced security protocols, and you look after the security of your own banking and login details. When you play with deposited money, your maximum bet per round, spin or hand can't exceed the value of the initial deposit that directly funded the winnings in that session. It's that deposit that sets the limit, not the balance you see on screen, and going over it has the same consequences as breaking the bonus bet limit.
WithdrawalsYou can withdraw from a verified, eligible account, and deposits and withdrawals must go through accounts legally held by you. We may ask for proof of identity before approving a withdrawal, in line with applicable law, and any withdrawal can involve extra checks such as ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours. Refusing documents we've asked for to confirm your identity or address leads to the account being blocked, the withdrawal being rejected, or both. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, unless we authorise a different one.
Processing times and any fees are listed on our payment page, while our general terms don't fix a standard payout time, a withdrawal fee or a minimum withdrawal. We may split a withdrawal into several transactions where needed, and you'll need to send any documents we ask for to process a withdrawal or refund. If suspicious activity comes up, we can freeze the account and hold funds until full verification is complete.
New players have a weekly withdrawal limit, and we count you as a new player in two ways. One rule counts you as new during your first designated promotional period, or until we move you up to a higher loyalty or VIP tier. Another counts any account active for less than six calendar months from the exact time of registration, with the account leaving new status automatically after six months as long as it's in good standing and not restricted by a risk or compliance check.
While you're an eligible new player, you can withdraw up to €1,500 in any rolling seven days, €5,000 in any rolling 30 days and €20,000 in any rolling 180 days, or the equivalent in your currency, with all three limits applying together. Anything above the limit moves to the next rolling period or is paid in consecutive weekly instalments until the full amount you requested has been paid.
We can set temporary or permanent limits on withdrawals, including daily, weekly or monthly limits, and numeric limits for accounts outside new player status aren't published in our general terms. Where fraud or abuse is suspected, we may withhold, split or refuse a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only include funds you've deposited and wagered in line with the wagering rules, and we may refund card deposits up to the total you deposited. If a technical error credits winnings incorrectly, we can correct your balance and recover anything paid in error.

If a dispute can't be settled directly between us, we may use mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution under applicable law. Any claim against us has to be brought within 12 months of the incident behind it, and after that our terms treat it as time-barred.
We may change our terms at any time without notice, and we make a reasonable effort to tell you about changes. Every bet is recorded when you place it and follows the terms in force at that moment. If our terms are ever shown in another language, the English version is the one that applies.
Look at your balance each time you log in and tell us about any discrepancy through Contact Us as soon as possible. If an irregularity isn't reported within 30 days, the balance stands as shown and the right to an adjustment is lost.
You can close your account by telling us through Contact Us, with a thirty-day written notice provision attached to closure, and you should stop using the account as soon as you decide to close it. Once we confirm the closure, any outstanding bets are cancelled. An account with no deposits, bets or games for six months in a row counts as inactive, and we can close it with any remaining balance forfeited.

Our terms cap our total liability for any loss or damage at a six-month amount, and they measure it in two different ways. One clause uses the amount you actually wagered or paid with us over the preceding six months, to the fullest extent the law allows, while another uses your total deposits in the six months before the incident that caused the damage.
